Concrete Agitator Truck Driver

Programmed are currently seeking confident and reliable and experienced Concrete Agitator Truck Driver to join our client located in Bairnsdale.

Our client is a global leader in innovative & sustainable building materials. This position is perfect for someone who is switched on and ready to assist in a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations on-site.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck to deliver concrete to construction and work sites
• Conduct daily vehicle pre-start checks – fuel, oil, water, brake fluid, pads, lights, and tires
• Maintain cleanliness of the agitator truck after deliveries
• Follow road traffic laws and company always drive procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other drivers via mobile or two-way radio
• Report on mechanical issues promptly and ensure maintenance is scheduled
• Navigate using maps and written/verbal directions
• Manage delivery dockets and required paperwork accurately
• Transport concrete between various locations as directed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid HR truck license (or above)
• Experience operating a concrete agitator truck is preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks related to truck maintenance
